POLE was my senior capstone project at Purdue. It has been in development for 8 years and it was the job of my team to take POLE from the buggy and unfinished state that it was in, to something that Purdue could take to the market. I was heavily involved in the final stages of development, in which we were using VBScript and Microsoft SQLServer.

The ASP.NET Color Calculator was constructed in partial fulfillment of the requirements of CGT456, a capstone web programming class at purdue. The calculator takes in binary data, supplied from the dropdown controls, and converts it into a hexadecimal value that represents a color. At the bottom are a few controls that let you perform bitwise operations on each set of data.
First Class Carpet Cleaning is a company out of chicago. I took this project as a favor to a friend, but it turned out to be pretty cool. The client asked for a page from which users could send his carpet technicians a text message in the event of a carpet emergency, which was something I'd never tried before at the time. I did a fair amount of Search Engine Optimization on this site, which was new to me at the time, as well.
I've been working at Itap now for about 8 months as a "Student Web Developer." My tasks so far have included client-side scripting, content layout/design, Adobe Coldfusion development, and writing ActionScript. The image to the left is linked to page I did the content layout for on the Discovery Park site. I also wrote the sort/filter component at the top right, and it is now being implemented on the remaining site directories.

I worked at Krannert from June 2007 until late March 2008 as the student Webmaster, which means I was responsible for maintaining, updating, and expanding the Krannert Doctoral Programs website. There was not a lot of creative outlet at this position, but I learned a ton about site organization and inheriting code.
